Daily workouts, lessons and challenges

  • 5 days of hands-on Pilates instruction, 30 minutes workouts and lessons to improve your technique, learn to activate your muscles and get better results quickly.

  • Do you suffer from neck pain while doing tummy crunches? Have you been diagnosed with Muscle separation ( diastasis recti) after birth? Do you suffer from an old back injury? I am here to support and instruct you and to make sure you are doing the exercise that are appropriate to your condition in a way that won’t harm your body and help you build strength.

  • Please note, this course is meant for healthy women and is not intended for pregnant women. If you suffer from a diagnosed medical condition please ask your doctor for approval, before you join us.

Liron Holds specializations in Post Natal and Pre Natal as well as in Pilates for Injuries and special populations.
