Restart Ventures uses Thinkific for our online courses and website. Please see below further details on Thinkific's Privacy Policy. Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Restart Ventures is using Zoom technology for its webinars and online classes. When you schedule a meeting in Acuity Schedling, you will be invited to join a zoom meeting. Upon clinking on the link, you will enter a waiting room and the teacher will allow your entrance as well as others who have signed up to class. Upon entering a meeting, you would acknowledge and agree to participate in a meeting that is being recorded. All participants will be muted. Class participants will be able to see your video (if you allow it) as well as the teacher to allow the full learning experience. A recording of the teacher's screen only will be shared only with the class participants. It is also uploaded to Youtube Restart Ventures channel as "unlisted", i.e. only class participants who have the link are able to watch the video.
