In this comprehensive course, that has been taken by over 10,000 people of all ages, I will be teaching you all the details that every person who trains need to know, identify and use as they train their body.

I have built this course for people who have never trained in Pilates and for those who have some experience.

Most of us find the terminology used in Pilates classes confusing and not sure they know how to apply those concepts in their own bodies.
I've chosen the topics that are crucial to understand in order to achieve a strong, supple and pain free body at any age. I have broken it down so even an 8 year old can understand :-)

This is a structured course, so all you have to do is listen to the lessons and practice the workouts by order.

Once completed, you will have a solid foundation to achieving your physical goals and enjoy movement faster than you have imagined!

AND ONE LAST THING -

It is important for me to give you all the important knowledge so that you succeed in your journey,
which might feel overwhelming. I suggest that you take your course at the pace that is convenient for you, listen to the first lesson once, head to your mat, allow yourself to train imperfectly, learn as you move, make mistakes, apply the new knowledge whenever you can, and continue to listen to all lessons one by one.

Don't get stuck on the first lesson.
By the time you take an imperfect action and finish all lessons and workouts, you'll find that you have already acquired "new eyes" on how you train.

This is exactly how the experienced Pilates Practitioner trains.. :-) They do it step by step, are gradually learning in their body as they move and not only in theory how to train intelligently

How to Create a Flatter, Strong, Healthy Tummy that You'll Love

Start by watching the first tutorial which is all about creating a strong, defined tummy that works for us.
We focus on how we activate our deep abdominal muscles to create a flatter look, avoid muscles separation and maintain a healthy back.

Then proceed to the practice sessions below focusing on implementing everything you have learned in the lesson!.

Practice (Part 1):
Activating Deep Core Muscles (Towel)

In this workout, we use the help of a towel (or a resistance band or even stockings)

It will help support the weight of your legs to keep the precision of the principles of Pelvic Placement and Breath we have learnt in the first lesson and activate your deep core muscles.

Try also the below Tummy workout with Cushion for an extra challenge.

Practice 1 (Part 2):
Stronger Abs (Cushion)

In this workout I use a cushion which is shaped as a roller. You can use any other shaped cushion that will enable you to lift your bottom off the floor (not too squishy) or try a folded wool / TV blanket that you fold into a long roll.

The Cushion, when positioned well, can help us maintain the Pelvis Placement and activation of our deep core, however if you rather not use it for any reason, simply omit it.

Now that you have learnt so much about the tummy activation when your pelvis is positioned well, let's learn more about how to "organise" the rest of the body! (head to Lesson 2)!

Achieve a Better Posture

for a younger, taller look and alleviate pain

In this lesson, I give you short, practical tips on how to know what a good posture really that can be implemented instantly and impact your life.

Then proceed to the practice session below to practise everything your have learnt!

Practice 2:
Barre(Standing Pilates)

In this energising workout, we will be transforming how we feel within our own body in 10 min only. You will be waking up the muscles of your legs, feel vibrant and elongated like a dancer and get your heart pumping and your skin glowing.

Think about your 5 points of posture references you have learnt in your tutorial.

Feel free to use a balance aid such as a wall or a chair and play some music while you're at it!


Yes, You Can Correct Your Posture and get rid of pain (This is how!)

In this lesson, you will understand the direct connection between poor posture and pain, focusing on upper back, shoulder and neck positioning. I will give you practical, simple tools how to change your posture and alleviate pain.

Practice 3:
Your Posture Corrector Workout

In this effective workout, I give you my golden standard routine for posture correction and pain relief.. You will be stretching all the muscles in your upper back and shoulders in order to open up and build strength in the opposing muscles that will act as a natural Posture Corrector for you to maintain a tall, younger posture throughout your whole day. This workout can help get rid of tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back too!


Learn How The Right Movement Can Cure Your Back


8 out of 10 people suffer from back pain at some point in their lives and if you are someone who suffers from it chronically you know how inconvenient it can be.

We will cover common reasons for unexplained back pain and how to avoid or alleviate it.

Practice 4:
Effective and Yummy Stretches for Low Back Care

These stretches are my golden standard stretches that I use for myself and my clients. Whether back pain is a problem for you or not, you will find some moves that are sure to make you feel amazing, open up your back, improve your mobility and in general make you feel very capable in your body.

I encourage you to do the workouts slowly, with a lot of awareness and mindfulness and go only as far as it's tolerated.

You might be surprised that some of the stretches to relieve pain in the back are NOT back stretches!


Learn How to Activate and Strengthen Your Glutes

Glutes are the biggest muscles in our body and strengthening them can not only help us with our confidence but also in overcoming hip, low back and knee pain!

However, many times we find ourselves make mistakes and activating different muscles... It's worth spending the time to learn how to kick our legs sideways and backwards!

Try this workout to feel your behind on fire and practice applying all the principles you have learnt in our lesson :-)


How to Make Your Exercise Habit Stick

Changing our habits can take a few months until they stick, but most of us do not manage to get that far.

Perhaps it's due to the face that we have never stopped to answer some important questions first for ourselves that we should never skip...

My name is Liron Kass, nice to meet you!

I have practiced and explored movement ever since I remember myself. I have taught exercise for over 12 years.

Movement and healing through movement are my greatest passions.

I’ve danced ballet until the age of 21, and I hold a comprehensive certification in Pilates Mat &Reformer, other apparatus and Yoga.

I I keep myself up to date with latest exercise science research, and follow worldwide specialists in physiotherapy.

I own a Pilates studio in London and in the last 8 years, I’m teaching full time.

I believe that helping people do more of what they love is my mission for the rest of my life.

I love seeing people become healthier, stronger and happier, I feel blessed to take part in that process.

It has a special meaning for me.

After the age of 40, investing in our body becomes a priority as it has a dramatic impact not only on our looks, but our mood and self-esteem.
